Our automatic PUR lamination line has capability adhere with high water resistant films on wooden board such as Particleboard (PB) and Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), Plywood, OSB and many more, with decorative ASA foil on the front side and grainy textured identical color PP foil on the reverse.

We laminate ASA sheet and edge band products. ASA is highly weatherproof, heat and chemical resisting and eco-friendly product. We co-developed this product with LG chemical. While it maintaining most of advantages of plastic, ASA performs excellent weatherability. Thanks to ASA’s excellent retention of physical properties exposed in outdoor for long time, it’s commonly used for automobile exterior such as side mirror, radiator grill, construction and furniture finishing sheet. Also, we’ve passed large chamber tests as well so it’s an officially certified product.
The high surface strength is secured by an additional PE protective film on the front side of the board, which should be removed only after the furniture has been assembled.
